We are NOW HIRING and looking to add 2-3 Junior loan officers and loan officer trainees. This is a professional sales position. Candidates will be expected to take the state exam and pass the state loan originator test within 3 months of hire.

Direct Lending Group, Inc is the in-house mortgage lender at Tropic Shores Realty.

The perfect candidate will be professionally dressed, have a professional demeanor, and will be comfortable in a sales environment. An outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, and great communication skills are mandatory for success. Duties will include making sales calls to pre-qualify individuals looking to buy homes. Outside sales presentations, conducting first time home buyers classes, and pre-qualifying open house attendees will be some of the tasks you will be doing once licensed.

We are offering paid training for a maximum of 3 months at $9 per hour. Once you have passed the state test and are comfortable in the business the earning opportunities are limitless. After you become a licensed loan originator this is a commission only position and you will be paid based upon loan closings.

We are conducting open interviews Wednesday July 27th from 12:00 - 4:00 at 3441 Deltona Blvd, Spring Hill 34606. These interview will be short and informal and should last 5-10 minutes.
